Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy


We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if you do need to return anything bought from us we shall be pleased to assist you. Our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy is described below. Please do contact us if you would like any further information.


  Change of Mind or Unwanted Gifts Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Item Received
Conditions We will happily accept an item back for either an exchange or refund as long as it meets all the conditions listed below:
1. The item is still in perfect retail condition*. For items which are sold with a cellophane seal this requires that the cellophane has not been removed and the product is unused.
2. The item is returned with the original, undamaged packaging.
3. The return is made within 28 days of the purchase date.
1.If an item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong product we will always refund or exchange your purchase.
2. Items damaged in transit or incorrect items received must be reported within 3 days of the order being received.
Delivery Charges & Gift Wrap

1. Any additional delivery charges paid when the order was placed are non-refundable for return of an unwanted item. We cannot refund the cost of Gift Wrap when unwanted items are returned.

1. Any additional delivery charge paid when the order was placed are fully refundable for return of a faulty, damaged or incorrect item. We will also refund the cost of Gift Wrap when faulty, damaged or incorrect items are returned for a refund.
Return Postage Costs 1. Returning the items, and the costs involved in this is the customers responsibility

1. In the case of faulty or damaged items, or order errors, we will reimburse the cost of returning the items to us via Royal Mail. This will be issued as a cheque for the postal value.

Product Exchanges 1. Where an exchange is required for an item different to the item originally ordered, we will refund the value of the returned items and then place a new order for the exchanged items. Please note we will have to take your payment details again to process the exchange.

1. A replacement order will be raised for the damaged/faulty/incorrect item. If a different item is required in replacement we will refund the value of the returned item(s) and then place a new order for the exchanged items. Please note we will have to take your payment details again to process the exchange.

Restocking Fee 1. All returned items unless goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This is purely to cover outgoing postage and administration costs. 1. Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders are not subjected to any restocking fees.


How to return an item to us:

  1. Contact us via email at returns@onlinebeautyltd.com. We will then send you a returns form which will need to be completed and enclosed with your returned item. Alternatively you may download a copy of the returns document here.
  2. Please send us the item(s) you wish to return, complete with:
    1. The original packaging and wrapping
    2. The completed returns form.
    3. When we receive the items back safely we will process your refund. For exchanges we will then place a new order for the required item exchange.


We are unable to process your refund until we receive the item back. We strongly advise that you obtain a ‘Certificate of Posting’ from the Post Office when sending items back to us. If items are valuable it is recommended to use Recorded Signed For as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit when returned by the customer. Please ensure that all items being returned are securely packaged so that they do not get damaged in transit.


*Please note: If the product is returned is not in perfect retail condition or the packaging is damaged due to being poorly packaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
